Swim Workout #3:

Warm-up:
600 Swim (every 4th 25 = Kick)
4 x 100 (Kick/Drill by 50)
Rev Set:
4 x------25 Build
----------25 Blast (12 ½ Hard + 12 ½ Easy)
----------25 Easy
----------25 Fast
Main Set:
3 x------50 Hard
----------100 (50 Easy + 50 Hard)
----------150 (100 Easy + 50 Hard)
----------200 (150 Easy + 50 Hard)
Drill Set:
4 x 100 (Breathing every 3rd, 5th, 7th, 9th by 100)
Cool Down:
200 EZ Cool Down-------------------------3500 Yards Total
