4 x 150 Freestyle Pull (Hard middle-50)
2 x 200 IM (#1 = Drill, #2 = Build Each 50)
Drill Set:
8 x 25 UW Kick (with Fins)
Cool Down:
200 EZ Cool Down---------------------3800 Yards Total
